Returns and Cancellations

At Tanubha.com, every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that a product you purchased is damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered), you may return it as per the policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned to the seller in a resalable and unused condition.
  • The item must be returned along with any accessories or free gifts.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

When a Return Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

  • Is not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
  • Has been used or worn.
  • Has been tampered with.
  • Has missing labels or accessories.

Important Notes for Returns

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may request you to share pictures or a video along with the order number. A link to upload pictures and video will be provided to you by our team.
  • If you received a damaged item, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 2 days after delivery.
  • Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank, card, or wallet account again.
  2. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@tanubha.com.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel an order before it is handed over to the courier partner. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
  2. Once the order is shipped, the above return policy will be applicable.
