Shipping & Delivery

For confirmed orders, we process the order within 24 hours. This is the time for preparing your package as per your order and handing it over to the courier partner.

Then the courier partner will take 3-8 days to deliver your package to you, depending on your location and connectivity options.

You will receive SMS and email alerts at various stages of your order's shipping. You can also track your order on the order details page of tanubha.com after logging in.

Important notes:

Once the shipment arrives at your nearest location, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you by phone and at the delivery address you provided. This will be done up to three times, and if no one is available to receive it, your shipment will be returned to us.

In this case, we will refund the amount paid for prepaid orders as soon as the product is received by us. You will be notified about this via SMS and email.

If you find any product to be damaged, missing, or incorrect after receiving the shipment, please inform us within two days of delivery. Send an email to cs@tanubha.com with the details, and we will contact you to provide a resolution.

In case you do not receive your order within 10 days from the purchase or order date, please contact us immediately. We will reach out to our courier partner to take the necessary action. Please note that we may not be able to address concerns raised beyond this timeframe.

Refused delivery: In this case, the shipment will be returned to us. And once we receive it in good condition, we will refund the payment.

Remember: In case any product from the order gets cancelled due to any reason like out of stock, quality issues or any other problem. We have the rights to process remaining products of the order.

  • 1. In case of PREPAID order, your money will be refunded for the cancelled product.
  • 2. In case of COD order, your order will be modified to include only available products. And you need to pay for the delivered products only, along with any shipping and COD charges.

Cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation of the order once it is handed over to our courier partner is not allowed. Any return after that will be guided by the policies described above. We request you to please go through the product details and order only if you are satisfied and actually want to buy the product.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays
  • COVID-19 Restrictions
  • National holidays or Festivals
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
